Getting back to the topic at hand, there is a new thread about the standard intending to focus on technical feedback and aspects. It appears to be mostly feedback-gathering; whether or not any feedback will be used and in what way is being taken off the forum to some unspecified place for further discussion.

lol. i waited until people realise that json standard HAS NO COMMENTS DEFINED. they are strictly forbidden in conforming json document. and lo and behold: a huge chunk of the first post talks about not having a comments in what is essentialy text files is The Good Thing — because some broken tools cannot be changed to accept extended json. yay.
if that alone is not enough to reject crap24 right away, i don't know what will be.
