Fair enough, it's time to move on!
The PSX ports are: PSX Doom, containing most maps from DOOM and DOOM2, PSX Final Doom, containing some of the maps from the Master Levels, TNT and Plutonia, and PSX Hexen, containing all levels of PC Hexen. Many of the levels were altered, though.

Computer map, invisibility, light goggles, radiation suit, medkits (including berserk), soulsphere and megasphere. Might be wrong tbh haven't played deathmatch in ages.

Doom 3, don't remember the level name but it's just before the battle with two Hell knights in teleporter room and a trip to Hell. There is also a zombie with chainsaw and a party hat.
