Wiki is the source of doom-related information, not hall of fame of some kind. Objectively wrong. The wiki is as gatekept as DW, if not more. Also good luck having anything of yours covered unless it's on DW. Point in case: I pointed out to an editor that a project of mine being the first multi-level Strife wad published *in 10+ years* would probably qualify it for coverage. I received a gruff, dismissive 'we'll think about it' then nothing, while in the meantime multiple 2-3 month old wads with zero accolades or relevance aside being Doom wads were covered in detail. Same with my year old HACX map being the only one without a page on the wiki - curious. Bet it'd have one had I released it on DW  |

Neat. I can now load the Doom Pictures Thread 2024 smoothly without the US powergrid exploding. Just in time for da Cacowards traffic too. I wonder if there will be any goofy drama this year in that regard. Maybe not. I bet people will be too busy freezing their asses off with the cold weather. Forecast seems to warm up a little by then though. Weather is a funny thing...
