Certainly, the 3 WADs you mentioned use non-standard textures (fireplace, bullseye and,... yeah). Scoreboard

Close but no cigar... Urania MAP30 uses the regular IoS as far as I can see. A grayscale variant of the same texture appears earlier in the level, but is inactive.

Well, still not there. TNTR MAP30 includes some enemy customizations in the final fight, but the texture itself is still the original IoS, just changed to a "hologram" (sprite), so technically not even a texture. Seems no one else wanted to try, I think we will just move on to the next question. FWIW, the one I had in mind was "The Beholder" from Plutonia: Revisited. Possibly there are others. Scoreboard

Uv-speed - finish the map on UV
Uv-max - finish the map on UV killing all monsters except lost souls and get all secrets
NM100s - finish the map on NM getting all secrets
Uv-tyson - finish the map only using fist or pistol
Uv-pacifist - finish the map without harming monsters directly
Uv-fast - finish the map on UV with -fastmonsters
NM-speed - finish the map on NM

Good. Minor nitpicks is that in Tyson you are allowed to use chainsaw (apparently), and UV-fast you should have specified that it also requires 100% K/S like UV-max, but I'm not to disqualify the answer for that.
There are 2 other recognized categories - UV-respawn (UV-max with respawning monsters) and the strange UV "max minimum health", which is probably the least known of them all.
