Writing a farewell letter has not been easy. I have a lot to say, one last post to say it with, and I want to go out with a bang.

So, to begin with, a big bro-fist to the friends I’ve made on DW. It’s been a good, long run, and I’ll cherish the memories of threads derailed, trolls trolling trolls, driving the retards before us and hearing the lamentations of the women. The forums of old were wild, honestly, and this was a community I can say I was deeply proud to be associated with.

Manc, Scuba, Pritch, Liam, you’re the fucking kings of the world. Always be as cool as you are now.

Alas, none of them really post much these days, much to the detriment of the forums. Things have changed, I have not changed with them. I have no fucking intention of changing with them. One by one the old guard have fallen, and in their place have risen dickgirls.

I debated making this a sensible, reasoned argument, but then I thought, “Hah, fuck it, what’s the point?” It’s not like I’m going to be able to respond or even read replies. I debated pointing the finger at certain people, but that would be petty. It’s not like I’m going to change anyone’s mind or encourage them to question the sanctity of the hugbox. All that’s left is honesty, and I have a massive fucking hardon for honesty.

There. That’s the fucking sacrifice you have made. You replaced honesty with mindless pandering to a bullshit ideology in an attempt to make yourselves more palatable to… whom, exactly? You’re walking on eggshells for fear of causing offence. You ban and loser and shut down conversation because you fear ridicule, that if someone actually came along and told you, ‘This is fucking ridiculous bullshit by the way,’ the whole house of cards will come crashing down around you and you’ll be standing there with nothing on and looking just a *little* bit fucking silly.

It’s already begun. The chickens are coming home to roost. And, holy fuck, there are so many fucking chickens! The reason that I was finally banned? Oy vey, Ling the Gweat and Tewwible is pitching a bitch-fit because the Amazing Seizure Granny lost the fucking election. And why did she lose the election? How on earth could the polls be so wrong? Because you dumb fucks don’t do honesty, because people are afraid to tell you ‘Actually, I’m voting for the other guy.’ They don’t tell you because they will be dogpiled by shrieking harpies screaming about Wrongthink or whatever the latest buzzword of the week is and, frankly, they can’t be bothered with that shit.

And, once the dust has settled and you let a fucking orange mongoloid into the white house, what do you do? Do you examine your mistakes, do you ask others, ‘WTF just happened?’ Or do you put the fucking sirens on, put the hugbox into lockdown and ban / ostracize all fucking refection on the complete and utter catastrophic shitshow that this election cycle has been?

Fucking sirens on it is. Woo, it’s like a nuclear bunker full of spastics.

Behold, then, the climate of fear whenever someone is losered for the crime of not agreeing with certain members of staff. Watch members flee from threads whenever someone make an ill advised comment, or dares to question the wisdom of the sadly regressive progressives. I’ve watched this forum go from a place of being able to speak your mind to a place where censorship through fear is the norm. Did I push against that? Fuck yes, I did, and I would do it again, because watching the pussification of the forums has been an acutely sad thing and some of you people are a fucking embarrassing disgrace, 0 out of 10, shit the bed and pants on head retarded.

Someone has to tell you that. It’s something you need to know. I’m sure you think you’re wonderful, but you’re not. No one here will tell you because, as I think I’ve mentioned, honesty is their not strong point.
