First of all, I think that the list of genders in the register form has to be expanded as I am a MtF-homosexual and I want my rights respected.

Dropped by to see the boards here again, it's looking a lot more cosier than the first time I visited. 

I'm starting to lose my affection for the DW forums more by the day. Note while i don't have any particularly strong leanings on the political and sexual issues that have been cropping up there lately, I have been getting fed up by the hypocrisy on display there as of late. Although a relatively late arrival in the forums (5 years with not much interaction), a skim through the history of the forums show that there has always been a little bit of that element about it that is just becoming progressively worse as time goes on.

I'm a believer in separating the work of people from their egos and behaviour, as creative people in general are wont to have a bit of braggadocio, but it's becoming more difficult to maintain that separation as the teachers' pets are held to a different standard than others. For example darknation and ling's golden rule. I enjoy darknation's posts and character although it's predictable that he will get losered and banned from what he posts from time to time, but the way his final post (an all time classic and completely justifiable post, although I wish he would have actually named names for those of us not privy to all of the history of the parties involved) was simply deleted and the haha you don't get the last word speaks volumes of the character of ling himself... fucking weak ling, weakling. If he had any pride and sense of being in the right he would have let the final record of dn stand as a statement of the fairness of the forums. The golden rule is a horse shit of hypocrisy too, as it's tolerated when dew or tarns are asses, and typically justified as being okay as the target was an arse first. The mob mentality I've viewed at times is absolutely sickening. I have agreed of those methods depending on the circumstance, but it is laughable for these people to be choosing any kind of moral high ground.

Anyways I'm ranting, but I think I might drop by a bit more often here. This seems like a nice place where you can call someone a cunt and not have any malice in it and the person take it in their stride without cracking a hissy, right miano?

Yeah I hope this place can get a bit of momentum going, it's getting pretty oneworldorder over in the grande ole forum these days.
