I'll explain it. Coupled with other sentiments ToD has expressed, "Born Male" (as opposed to just "male") intentionally implies that your birth gender is the "real" one and that people putting "she" or whatever in their profile weren't necessarily born female. It's not about telling people what gender you were born as and that's not what the social norm is. As I understand it, the intention of this social norm is to let people know what to call you right now, not to make some stupid veiled statement about the gender you're assigned at birth being the "true" one or whatever. It's not even necessarily a social norm I agree with (I don't do it..) but that's how it works.

what the fuck is going on here? is somebody holding Doomkid at gunpoint? because what i see here is so out-of-character, that it's quite hard for me to believe that this is the real Doomkid.

I don't get why it's out of character. I've been getting into giant arguments on and off here since 2015. I'm usually nice to everyone around because they're not spreading lies about me and people I know, making obvious false equivocations and other such trash. I know it seems crazy but when you see your buddies lied about over and fucking over you eventually get "mad" (lol) and call the horseshit out for what it is, you know?

mostly because i've ever seen Doomkid as quite a calm person, even in walls-of-text arguments. (and that's how he was wining them.) i'm not here to judge, though, just wondering of the sudden (for me, at least) change of tone. and really sad to see yet another drama too.

It's a sudden change of tone because this [NOT VIRGIN] is very mad at a teenager for telling him that he lied. A tragic event, as you can see, my friend.

Anyway this drama being the reason for his departure is, as you say yourself, your own speculation, but let's assume for the sake of the argument that it's true. once again I'm not aware if there's really been a "smear campaign". If I come up every so often saying "doomkid's an ass" that's not a smear campaign. If scifista left because tod took a dislike for him, I would not really blame tod for that. You can't have everyone like you and that's a fact of life.
Myself, I drove MagicMushroomMan off this forum some time ago, but I don't consider I did anything wrong. It was funny as fuck in hindsight.
If there's been actual "harassment" against scifista please enlighten me.

That's cool, I had no idea but what I was trying to bring across is that people may feel attached to their "trademark" and get upset because someone else's making use of that "trademark". You don't because you're chill, but someone else might.

I don't mind someone being racist/transphobic/etc. I know it's %current_year% and you're supposed to be super mad about those things, but I don't really care. So no I don't think it's hypocritical in my case. It's part of the reason why I'm still on this forum
I find the concept of transsexuality pretty ridiculous, and all the madness that comes with it (pronouns and blah blah blah) and the debate in America and other western countries even more ridiculous, with a little sense of vindication because hopefully their society is headed towards collapse.
I don't harbour any ill will towards any trans person though, if that's what you're asking. Why would I?

Well Doomkid , now I can certainly say you're a liar. You keep saying you saw Shiba making jokes about war in Ukraine, but you never provided any proof of that. You just say 'I stand for the truth and I never lie' but then you make wild accusations about someone and have nothing to back it up. I mean, is it really so difficult to check your old Discord chats or any other place where he supposedly said that? Now you'll just say 'Shiba is racist and homophobic' and all, and well he did say homophobic shit here, yes, you can even make a screenshot of that in case people will ask for proof just like I did. But what about your accusations of him joking about war in Ukraine? Just show us the screenshots and be done with it.

a small side note with my Very Important Opinion: while gender dysphoria is absolutely real, i don't believe that the current situation is ok. today it's more like a fashion; "oh, everybody's talking about it, i should get one too!" and it harms people with real gender dysphoria a lot, because due to this, they are dismissed as liars. also, many so-called "twitter transpeople" are complete douchebags, which also doesn't help. and i believe that they are the main reason of the hostility towards trans people as a whole.

You don't have any actual proof besides hear-say so you just deflect and bike-shed? And i know i seem like an asshole sometimes, but at least i tell people what i think upfront, and not hide it and spill it out periodically like you do, mr.Post. Besides, don't try to forward an expose' if you don't have suffecient evidence. I know i said something that you consider evidence here, but pretty much everyone is aware that i sometimes call people "faggot" when they act annoying or overly confrontational, just like you.
