Name people in the community who just fucking suck. I would have to go with Jimmy, his music fucking sucks. I'm a Cacoward winner but even I'm fed up with the idiots in this community. So many idiots with big egos and small talent. Nobody working for artistic integrity, just fools trying to get attention. Also Paradise is the gayest wad in existence. Everybody loves to relate the losers. Oh well, I got my Cacoward, I'm probably out. Do I see my name in PcGamer articles? No. Do I see Doom Selfie mods on PcGamer? Yes. Fuck it.

Literally bumps any thread on DW only to write a tirade passively-aggresively telling everyone that she is RIGHT and everyone else is WRONG. Or just tries to show off how """"profound"""" she is in Doom, and any toher given subject. I pity the children that she supposedly has, and her husband along with 'em.

Idk if that's any relevant, but I'd say Dew. I mean, I don't think anyone really cares about that guy but whatever. I really hate him, his posts are so damn infuriating and he's so smug and full of himself, it's unbelievable... But he can get away with saying really rude shit just because he's friends with mods and admins on DW. And I actually used to like Nine Inch Heels' posts but after awhile started seeing her posts as uncontrollable bursts of graphomania and the way she talks makes me feel like she tries really damn hard to come off as she's an expert on everything.
Also I gotta apologize to you @shibainumaster for talking shit behind your back (I didn't call you names but laughed at your posts in Hardfest discord) and acting like a smug douchebag just like Dew when I commented on one of your DW threads. In my defense, your threads looked like you were actively trying to get a negative reaction out of people because of poor wording. Another thing that made me think you're a troll was that you always talked like you treat your personal opinions and preferences as facts. But seeing how you talk here made me realize you're not that bad. Still not sure if you didn't deserve to get banned tbh, but seeing as how DW staff themselves started talking down on you, it was just a matter of time.

I admit, i do word some posts poorly, but i can asure that i did not mean ill while i was making them. Even in the "Vanilla Visuals" thread my main goal was to start a discussion, albeit harshly. As for the DW staff, some of them just seem to judge actions of others poorly (They once gave me a warning about me creating an antisocial enviroment, while they let slip of Bjorn, NIH, Jabba and some other fags). But the most egregious thing was Adam's (Doomkid's) post on the MM3 cancellation thread. He made a false claim about me making fun of Ukraine, which is something that never happened (neither on DW, DB or Discord, if anyone wanna check just scroll through my profile here or on DW.), so honestly some of their claims may be lies. Honestly i always thought that you were a nice dude, you weren't someone annoying or eccentric + a good mapper, so i had no gripes with the stuff you say\do. BTW never saw a post from Dew before, gota check it out. |

Maybe someone on the discord sent him a fake screenshot or something. I'd be really upset if he actually said that shit as an excuse to get you banned, I think he's probably the only mod on DW who has a clean reputation. Heh, I like to bitch about people using mouselook when they play my shit sometimes, though I couldn't play without mouselook when I just started playing Doom. I do that because I usually don't play with mouselook and whenever I see people using it makes me feel like they're playing Doom the 'wrong' way... I know it's dumb as shit, but whatever. It sucks that you'll probably never get back on DW since it's probably the biggest Doom forum out there, but I can recommend you creating an account on iddqd.ru, it's a good forum and I never heard about mods and admins on there acting like authoritarian shitheads with giant egos. The forum itself isn't very active, but there's also a discord server where you can ask people to playtest your maps and just have a chat. You'll need to ask the mods to assign you a mapper role to be able to write in the playtester chat though. Come to think of it, you wouldn't want to go back on DW after all this shit since you'd have to walk on thin ice all the time. So it might actually be a blessing in disguise (well, kinda). Doomworld can be very 'pro-creator' which is great but the posts that get a lot of support (likes) are often just as equally 'anti-player' i dont know how long it will take for doomworld to abandon repeating some version of the phrase " ...or you can just let mappers/artists/musicians/miscellaneous content creators do what they want" in response to any post regarding a negative experience with anything made by a member of the doom community ever. |
