him getting banned was so stupid.. I have no clue who did it and don't really care, but it just exemplifies why we needed people like Elon; to make the internet a less oppressive place where you can think, breathe and come up with your own conclusions without becoming deplatformed.. exactly who got saved from Tormentor getting banned? Whose rights got saved? |

Telling the car salesman you're not interested is a legit way to manipulate them. |

I played Doom Legacy 1.48.14 today (also I had done it before) and have tried to write down what makes this port clunky.
The problem is not that it's old. It has umpalumpo and mbf21.
The menus are clunky: there's no "hold button to scroll the menu items" feature, the buttons have to be pressed and released many times to reach somewhere or to adjust a number.
The framerate is capped at 35
I actually like that the source port uses SDL and compiles on and for Windows XP, but fullscreen will have colors messed in at least Windows 7.
Overall, the user experience is uhhhhhhh
