I went to the gym for 4 months in the past and I hated almost every single second of it. Except the week or two when my trainer quit so I spent a whole hour on the stationary bike every day, the only thing in the gym I enjoyed. I also enjoy swimming, but I don't have my own pool lying around lol. This year, after the long and painful summer was finally over, I planned to walk on the rooftop for an hour everyday, the summer monsoon brings lots of wind and rain cooling the weather down quite a fair bit. Sometimes the weather cools down so much it doesn't even feel like I'm living in a tropical country. Add to that how I love cloudy skies, and walking an hour everyday would actually feel enjoyable. Exceeeeeeept suddenly a waste processing plant(or somethign idk) which seems to be 30-50 metres away decided to burn something the whole afternoon, everyday. They don't use a long chimney. The air quality has been horrible since then, and needless to say I walk much more rarely now. Life is so full of shitty surprises... |

Just saw a screenshot of someone saying "we are not pirates, we are preservationists" among other asinine comments.
NiBBer, non-official game preservation is piracy, whether you like it or not. Stop changing the definition of piracy to help you sleep better at night and just accept that piracy is based and is responsible for the survival of lots of obscure games.
Gonna bring this up in the server where it was posted when I manage to find the invite again and I have the time.

Oh dang Doom 3's 20th anniversary was almost a week ago. I still have yet to play Doom 3 in VR and I don't have the equipment. Can anyone hook a Doom 3 gamer bro up?
I'm still interested in another Doom 3 themed project (faithful flashlight in darkness gameplay included). I've drawn some classic Doom style sprites of Doom 3 stuff and wouldn't mind filling in the gaps for a more complete conversion. There have been some nice custom sprites by other community members for monsters and such since then too.

Someone needs to upload all the DBPs to the brand new "DOOM+DOOM2" remaster.
It is now have a some kind of "workshop", so mappers can let console players to play their creations.

Except that the "Limit-Removing" version of DBP48 is a rather unfinished spinoff with missing textures, HOM, and all kinds of basic issues. The Zandronum/LZDoom/GZDoom or RZDoom versions are recommended.
