I do not tolerate treachery. If they were unwilling to show that they were willing to put their asses on the line for a supposed friend, then they were no friends at all. And I knew this. All they wanted was yiff-yaff when I wanted my damned video-games.

There's a few problems here, as somebody whose only horse in this race is being on the forum:

1) sarais has incorrectly assumed that literally anybody will take his side in this situation, framing it as an "us" and a malicious "them". The problem here is him.
2) sarais is using the death of a beloved community member to make himself a focal point of attention. The fact that this attention is all negative is clearly irrelevant, as his posting is starting to imply that he's got a bit of a messiah complex, on top of paranoia and narcissism.
3) This thread exists purely for drama. People have clearly been notified and have registered just to be involved. The thing is, they're at fault, but the source of the drama is the bigger issue. That issue is sarais.
4) A self-absorbed, mentally unstable teenager (or at least, the posting persona that implies one) is driving pretty mcuh all of the traffic to this forum at the moment with nothing more than bullshit.
5) The main membership of this board don't give a fuck about sarais, what other people are allegedly doing to him or his logically inconsistent theories on these events and personae. However, it is literally all I'm seeing in the Recent Posts link now.
6) I'm perpetuating this shit by posting in this thread.

The thing is, in the short term, sarais is neither going to gain the maturity, perspective or lack of being a cunt required to stop this. As long as anybody replies, he'll reply with more vague, myopic, self-absorbed crap. When we don't reply, he just edits more shit onto the last post. This is clearly an obsession for him. Apparently he respects bans, though, so I'm all up for seeing an imposed exile, as his overly dramatic flouncing out the door seems to come with the caveat that he'll overly dramatically announce his return not long after.

Two points:

A) I'm by no means a pioneer of the Doom community. I joined in about 10 years late, on account of being 3 when original the game came out. Most of the real pioneers are long gone. I'm like... third wave or something. Probably an interesting discussion about that to be had, actually.
B) Yes, it was made for my own personal gain. Specifically as a project to create sprites, realise my dream of getting Forsaken and StarWing styled game play into ZDoom and hopefully bag myself a Cacoward for being fucking brilliant. The last part didn't work out so well, but otherwise it was very gratifying. There is no "betterment of Doom" in what I do. Just me, my interests and what I want.

So here we find the root cause of your anger. You didn't earn a gold star for your efforts. Let's rectify that.
