Listen, this is tremendous. Huge, in fact. I would say we are not spending nearly enough, and in fact we need to be spending more.

How's that sitting with you voters? He's a let down. My support is not unconditional and his core supporters are not happy. Only baby boomer neo-con retards, such as this retard, are totally fine with it because "at least it's not a DemoRAT" (I despise baby boomers and how incapable of thinking outside their simplistic bubble world they live in.) Feel like you've been conned yet? heh... who knows if he had things like this up his sleeve. I suspect he's pressured into this shit. At least the Democrats are having a good day! Haha. Yup enjoy it. Our hard earned tax money flushed down the toilet. Speaking of democrats, the newly elected governor of my state is lubing up our assholes with more taxation and bullshit regulations. It's going to be jammed up our asses even further to the point where we could feel it coming out of our mouths.

TBH I'd be surprised if Trump actually intended to build that wall thing ever. To me it seems like it was a cheap story to win the votes of radically-minded Americans, like a delusion of some sort, and totally not like a legit measure he wants to take in the future. The idea of building a big brick wall on the border is kinda comical.
I dunno, it just doesn't seem real to me. Especially with the part where he makes Mexico pay for it, I can't think of a way he'd persuade anyone to allocate BIG MONEY to building a > 1000 km wall for the benefit of someone else.

Oh ye of little faith.
It's not in the budget because the fucking Mexicans are going to pay for it. Duh.

The idea of building a big brick wall on the border is kinda comical. Have you seen the prototypes? It's not a cartoonish brick wall. Look who else has walls that the US sends money each year to support. I dunno, it just doesn't seem real to me. Especially with the part where he makes Mexico pay for it I can careless who pays for it. It's about $70 Billion (which is peanuts compared to the astronomical amount of shit we fiscally spend a year on things like: Foreign aid, welfare, illegal immigration which costs the US tax payers over $135 Billion year, military, more welfares, and more welfares, and more welfares)). I read somewhere that on average if Mexico doesn't pay through tariffs or whatever, it could cost $120 per household to fund which is absolutely NOTHING. We have a HUGE issue with illegal immigration. We need a fortified barrier along with reforms made on welfare to help deter this problem. Stop fucking minimizing this issue. Sorry for sounding pissed, but this has been ongoing since the 1980's and nobody has done jack shit to stop it. It's out of control. Democrats don't want to do shit because they look at these vermin as new voters for their agenda. The establishment GOP won't do jack shit because "cheap labor" resources. Meanwhile, the average American feels the pain of this.

You really think Mexico is going to send a check with a memorandum stating: "Here's for the wall! Sorry for dumping a millions of illegals immigrants into your country and cheating you out in trade agreements!" Come on Justince.

Mexico is exempt from Trump's new trade laws, in case that escaped you.

Mexico is exempt from Trump's new trade laws, in case that escaped you. You mean NAFTA? These agreements are subject to change. Edit: The US aids Mexico with hundreds of millions of dollars each year and helps them fund their Southern Border wall with Central America. It would be nice if they could help us fund our South Border.

Ultimately we're all in the same boat, just subject to the whims of this madman. Revolving door white house, suppressing porn stars, massive investigations into backdoor deals...if anyone has faith in this administration I hope you're a religious person, because God help you.

^ and that is why im leaving the US once i am able to It's not exactly all ice cream and lollipops in other countries either, bro. The US has its problems, no doubt, but be sure you know what you're getting into before you make a move to another land.

Vordakk is absolutely right. America is always in the spotlight, I'd say were doing a little better here for example, but only marginally - America is still generally one of the better places in the world to live.

doesn't ACTUALLY have to spend the money as stated in the bill. As a matter of fact, he can even change the allocation of funds as he sees fit. Just because it's in the bill doesn't mean anything at all. That's the prerogative of the executive branch. Thus, the bill is somewhat meaningless. So 4 D chess strategy? Or 8 D - underwater backgammon/Chinese checkers?

As for Shytebart, they're going to blow up the story too for views. They've made anti-Trump stories before; that's what they did early on. It's purely symbolic, and of course the Democrats, being completely superficial, are going to big it up. That's just politics. Just like when they act as though government shutdowns are some apocalyptic scenarios; it's just scary words. The fact of the matter is that the executive branch has the ability to allocate funds as they see fit. They can withhold funds on certain things lined up in the bill as well. They're not compelled to spend anything.

Okay Contra tell you what, you keep track of every cent of that bill and if any of it goes to shit that Republicans didn't vote for like Planned Parenthood, gun control, or the visa worker program, you can come back here and eat every one of these posts, mkay?

Whose saying that they will or will not? I'm merely clarifying how the process goes. There's no administration that ever got 100% of what they want; it's not a dictatorship. There will always be compromises, that's how things get done in U.S. politics.
