Yeah.. there's a big difference between being wrong and dancing on someone's grave to spite someone else and accusing said person of murder when gloating over someone dying has lost it's effect... other than that... I haven't read the thread.. I won't read it and I'd rather be wrong than be an asshole whose right. When you become so sure of yourself and your echo chamber you end up getting caught off guard somewhere down the road and have your worldview shattered like with what happened on election night. |

Because some of his threads for instance are seriously questionable (I've had a few instances where I genuinely wondered whether he was serious or just plain trolling everyone), he makes statements that make you wonder whether he knows what he's actually talking about, and subscribes to conspiracy bullshit on top of everything. So I suppose he does. |

www.doomworld.com/forum/topic/101042-how-much-did-doom-3-cost-to-make/Seemed somewhat interesting, until hardcore said HL2 "is still just another corridor shooter for the most part" when the vast majority of HL2 takes place in open areas (do Water Hazard, Route Kanal, Ravenholm, Sandtraps, Highway 17, Anticitizen One and so on ring any bells?). Hell, not even Nova Prospekt which is set inside the prison for its entirety feels like a corridor shooter, especially when compared to a game like Doom 3 with its very cramped and compact rooms.
