I work in the corporate office for a company that deals with many hundreds of thousands of employees. One of the perks is that part of my job is to log information in the employees' HR files. So I get to read the employees' disciplinary action notes. I copied some good ones. The names and other personal information have been replaced to preserve the identities of everyone involved.

Officer [Thompson] had requested a couple days off that bhad been denied. He then stated that he needed those days off for a funeral so arrangements had been made so that he could in fact take those days off. It was the reported and seen on Social Media that he had simply taken the trip with frineds and that there was no funeral. Pictures in file.

S/O [Robert] and 2 other officers made rap video while on duty. Although he took his shirt off, the other 2 had their uniforms on. There was cursing, violence and racial slurs, mostly performed by S/O [Robert].

This is regarding one of your security guard. Last Monday{24th} I came to work in the evening and I park my car in the parking structure. In my break about just past 8p.m I walk to my car. Then I saw a white car park back of the building,close to parking structure and a security golf cart park along with it. There is no any other vehicles park at that time.First I thought something wrong. But then I saw a security guard and a woman sat in the golf cart. The security guard is a short,lean,young guy. Then after sometime they get into the car. Then I came down and walk towards the car from inside the parking structure. The car park the way that backside facing the structure.
The car license plate is [number]. Then I walk back to my office and I check them on and off from my window. After about one hour I saw the car head lights put on and that mean she starts her car. After sometime security get into his cart and then the woman drove away.
And today[25th] when I walk to food court area about 5.30pm, and because of all the restaurants are closed I turn back. On my way back I saw again the same golf cart stop in front of the building, and in front of same white car. Nobody in the golf cart. Then I turn to maintenance area from the road, like going towards parking structure through two buildings. Again the security guy and the woman inside the white car.
I did not see what's going on in the car and I don't want to know. But I always concern about the security especially on holidays 'cos few years back there were break-ins in the parking structure. If this is the way security guards neglect their duties,how can we believe that our vehicles as well as the property are safe? I'm not saying all the security guards here are bad. But this guy neglect his duty.
Please notify the security supervisor about this guy and take necessary action. And please don't share my e mail address with anybody. Thank You.

On Friday, 6/28/13 PC [Martin] notified Ops Mgr [Matt] that SP [Richard] had a female show up to post and cause a scene. This female was not invited and was apparently SP [Richard]'s baby momma who was yelling and trying to get SP [Richard] to pay child support. PC [Martin] stated he told the female to leave otherwise he would call the police. The female did not comply and as PC [Martin] was on the phone with the police, the female said a few rude comments to PC [Martin] and finally left the post. PC [Martin] recommented transfering SP [Richard] to a different site.
