Fuck it, Xeep blogpost time
I'm actually enjoying this quarantine a lot. We are not allowed to go outside, except for some explicitly outlined purposes (going to the supermarket/post office/pharmacy/park/etc).
I have played the first two installments of Assassin's Creed and am playing Brotherhood atm. It was all in like 15 hour sessions without leaving my chair, except to the toilet and to retrieve ordered food. It's a hell of a series, if by some miracle you haven't played any of it yet, then I literally urge you to try it out. Ngl I got emotional in some scenes in AC2.
Bros it's like I'm 14 again. That's about when videogames stopped being fun to me.
Also since I have no other expenses, I can afford to order delivery like every day or two, while it used to be about once every 2 months or so.
I don't really have too many friends in the town where I study (and where I'm stuck atm), so I was pretty much sitting at home most of the time anyway, but now I can do that without any guilt.
I've got assignments from 2 subjects, one is due Monday, the other one 5th April. That's so much more gaming, pizza and jerking off time left, you have no idea.
I'd probably go a bit crazy if this lasted any longer than it will (2-3 more weeks if I'm not mistaken) tho. In fact I can already feel some of my anxiety come back after, like, years.
There's probably not going to be a time like this in my life ever again. By the time the next pandemic comes around I might have kids or some shit.
Stream of mental vomit ended, you can go back to whatever you were doing.

I'm hitting a creative block. I pushed out a lot of stuff in the last few weeks and now I cant make anything useful come out of me. The idea of planning another map layout just makes my brain shut down. All the bad news about corona is taking a toll on me. It just makes me so sad. I dont even want to play doom. I'm taking a break to retexture my house -- I mean paint.  |

Fun fact for today: the year 0 doesn't exist, after 1 BC comes 1 AD.
It sort of makes sense when you think about it. BC and AD are eras and an era can't have a year #0 since that's not an ordinal number. Also, to my knowledge, we didn't have the concept of zero until a few hundred years ago.

This is also why decades are so confusing btw. No year 0, so the first decade is 1 to 10, the second is 11 to 20, and 2020 is the last year of the current decade.

If eating makes one sleepy then perhaps it's better to fast or just have 1 meal a day during a dinner time before going to sleep. Anything to boost productivity :S Being full of food materials weighs me down and makes it harder to ascend in the ethereal form too! Something like that. Also I've been sort of thinking of ideas for a map, I'd love to participate in this DBP (something I've been saying for a year at least). If I do, it'll be my first map in 3 years that isn't a speedmap (since my REKKR map).
I am literally unable to comprehend the concept of gameplay at this point, however. I wanna see how will this end.
I wanna start doing something creative again. I remember as a relative kid (14-16 yo) I used to make maps, even dabbled in texture making a bit. As an absolute kid (9 yo) I used to make "movies" starring our plush animals with my sister and brother. Now I sit around and jerk off all day, periodically refreshing reddit, boomer boards and 6ix9ine's instagram page (that's my fav rapper who's been locked up until a week ago).
I've been reading up on the concept of "beermoney" -- making pretty pitiful money from relatively small tasks, such as surveys, watching videos, signing up for stuff. You get like half a penny for a video, surveys pay more. There are even services that literally pay you money for using your internet traffic for god knows what! I've been trying my hand at all this. There's a decent subreddit on this topic.
I need to get my paypal working first, though, which is... tricky apparently. I need to confirm my address for that account, and I don't have any document that really confirms it.
It's all pretty interesting, and even if I make just a few dollars per month off these things, I'll be pretty damn satisfied. I can buy at least a couple DECENT beers that way!

My dad bought a bike a while ago but never used it, so now it's mine. I finally cleaned it up last week and have been riding to work etc. since then. In conclusion, bike riding is fun as fuck, and as always, thanks for reading.

Uh my next door neighbors kid is having a crazy big bonfire in their small backyard by himself. It seems like its becoming a hazard and no one in the family is doing anything about it. I'm not gonna call the police because it seems kinda fucked up to arrange to have them possibly heavily fined without first saying something to them about it. But I really dislike every minute of my life ive ever spent talking to anyone in that family and Im just saying I kinda hope someone else in my neighborhood beats me to the call. If my fence starts to burn and and it crosses into my property I'll be forced to pick up the phone.
