Where is the "View new posts" feature?

On the forum listing page there are a couple of links down the bottom left: view recent threads and view recent posts. On desktop version there’s an area under the last forum listing called Threads and posts, which has recent thread and recent post links.

I’d like a view new posts button myself up the top right of the page similar to the classic DW positioning.
