Made a quick very low res skybox, think this color looks sick. Going to have planets and moons around here too

That last one sure looks awesome. Will you be having ambient sound effects along with the music? Just curious.

Upped the res of the Skybox Material a bit here, definitely thats the game that inspires me most with atmosphere and ambient sounds is Thief. Effective ambient sounds are as important as anything.

If you don't mind me making a suggestion,
When I think of a stealth game, I think of Metal Gear Solid, or Splinter Cell, or Thief. In these games, you're a very capable agent who is infiltrating a really sophisticated establishment. I'm kind of having trouble understanding this setting -- it looks almost like some kind of fantasy dreamland full of risk and possibility. It looks kinda chaotic and out of anyone's control. I'm having trouble buying it as an environment you don't want to be seen exploring.
Is it possible you have two separate ideas for games and you're trying to mold them together into a super game?
I'm really impressed with what I'm seeing but when you talk about what your plans are for this game, they seem a little out of focus. I hope this criticism wasn't unwarranted. This otherworldly setting is awesome and is begging to be explored and understood. I think the idea of devising really specific objectives and coming up with a very calculated strategy of moving about it downplays what a player's expectation might be when they see this kind of world for the first time.

Agree here need to focus on a set idea, I'm loosely designing the layouts with stealth in mind but I may save the stealth idea for a future project. Some aspects are taking a lot longer to implement than I thought they would and it may be a bit too ambitious to make a stealth/FPS hybrid at this point if I want to finish this project anytime soon. I'm still using a Quake styled switch and key system for level progression currently, but starting to make levels more open ended.
