Idea for thread pages

Is there any way that the "next" and "previous"  buttons for flipping pages in a thread could be at the bottom as well as at the top? Sometimes i get to the last post, read it, then have to scroll all the way up to flip to the next page. No biggie but just a mini suggestion so I don't forget to mention it later
