Last night at 2 am or so it hit hard how when the streets are quiet and all is still and the stars should be the only light... where I live in TX it's always a blue sky now and only time I'm in total darkness is if I'm in my room with all the lights off...funny how gradually things like more roads more houses more development in general sneaks in subtlety and you then are caught saying hey wait a minute remember when.....in this case night ment darkness

I remember punk bands from Philly complaining about the lack of street lights when playing a show way out in country. To be fair, there are some wicked turns where someone could easily go off road or crash.

yesterday was a supermoon. The past couple days the moon was super bright, it still looked pretty bright out at night.

I have a couple of friends who at least once as year like to get somewhere far into the desert to watch the stars without all the light pollution.

True, it's confusing how to take it. If it was a huge obese ass with folds of cellulite it would definitely be awful. But she's damn good looking.
