The moral of this story is that pot should be legalised and sold alongside alcohol in shops so I don't have to be a nervous wreck going through these situations trying to find a little harmless smokey smoke. I agree. All entheogens should be legalized and taxed. The money generated from tax revenue could be put into developing better education programs. Ones that more accurately outline the dangers of using the substances based on real facts, instead of scaremongering. Most entheogens don't cause physical dependence. Some people might develop mental dependence, but that holds true for anything. There are many people addicted to eating, for example. Or addicted to already legal substances like caffeine, alcohol and tobacco. Furthermore, psychedelic drugs have a far lower risk for addiction potential by comparison: Yes, you are more likely to become addicted to caffeine than LSD. That being said, LSD can wreck havoc on your mind. Still, any drug can wreck havoc on your mind and body in excess. That doesn't mean it should remain prohibited, in my opinion. Besides, psilocybin and other psychedelic substances have well established therapeutic uses among responsible users. Oddly enough, it seems to help people suffering from cluster headaches as well. Granted, that's a rare condition. But further research is being halted by the illegal status of the substances. It would be nice to see research allowed, if nothing else. At the very least. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16801660

The fact that anyone on this stinkin' planet has to struggle to find grass simply sucks. It would be nice to just wave a wand and have it legalized globally!

My wife and I almost had a story like this while we were in Europe. It probably would have been pretty easy but we were scared try. It’s hard enough finding it where we live now. It’s a scary thing doing business with someone who trades an illegal product. They need to know they can trust you, and you don’t want to be too close to them because of what they’re involved in.
