www.gog.com/en/game/vampire_the_masquerade_bloodlines10 USD until April 4th There's a huge enhancement/expansion patch that enables and finishes a load of unused content by Wesp5, creator of the classic AvPvT Doom Theme Patch. www.moddb.com/mods/vtmb-unofficial-patchWesp5 recommended first playing through a normal installation which on GOG already includes some good patch, then playing though again as a different clan with the big patch. Game has a good amount of horror and attitude to it. Just a heads up, that depending on your character there may be a possible seduction aspect interacting with some characters, probably mostly just to drain their blood. So if you don't want to seduce dudes, I would recommend playing as a dude. Do whatever floats your boat. Just a heads up so you don't watch the whole beginning intro only to remake your character and have to immediately watch it again. If you play as a Nosferatu there's probably no seduction aspect at all.

afaik gog simply has a years old version of the patch installed, so you might as well install the latest version and choose the option of not having extended content but just fixes and whatnot. feel free to play as malkavian on the first run imo

Game has great late 90's early 2000's style and the dialogue system is reminiscent of classic Fallout for those into that. Also interesting for it's use of an early unfinished source engine. feel free to play as malkavian on the first run imo My first playthrough back on release was as a malkavian. It made it's buggy state even more endearing.
