That is a rather questionable choice to make, buying Steam keys when you can instead of pirating them, but and at the same time pirating the ones from the better store... Why not pirate everything if the main reason is getting them as cheap as possible?

I don't support these developers choices, therefore I don't have a problem with buying keys for their games from places like G2A.

Considering the fact that I would need 102 GBs on SSD to get both the main game and the expansion, I've changed my mind about buying this game. I only have 94 GBs free (max) considering my OS is on the Cdrive (250 GB SSD) and other important programs I can't get rid of.
Unless someone can recommend an external SSD I can use for gaming.

An external SSD isn't as good as an internal, but it's still better than an HDD. As long as you're buying a good brand like WD or Samsung, I'd recommend it. Don't ever buy a cheap one for anything serious (you'll see 500GB-1TB external SSD's at Walmart for $30) as they will die after little use much since their lifetime write endurance is so low.

Well, on the bright side, by the time I get a new computer, this game will be like $2.99 on steam.

Could be a while, because I would much rather put 5K into an IRA than a new gaming computer at this point in my life.

My computer only has 3.1 as well. I've been using a Samsung 1TB T5 with 600 GB of my steam library on it, and a chunk of my GOG library, and it seems fine. Then again, I don't play many new triple A games. Now I've switched to a 5 TB Seagate Firecuda, but I've yet to test it a whole lot. It's designed for 3.2 but seems alright. Those PC Gamer recommendation's only have Seagate's regular Baracuda. My USB-C port stopped working so I'm limited to regular USB. Fortunately the Samsung with USB-C on the drive came with simple USB-C to USB and USB-C to USB-C cords. The Firecuda has its only specialized port on the drive the other end of the cord is regular USB only. Doom Eternal, Mortal Kombat 11, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (which I've refused the latest patch) and Castlevania Lords of Shadow 1 run fine on the Samsung. Just if I turned raytracing on Doom Eternal's framerate would drop if I went right against below some rock ledge so I turned raytracing back off.

Man, most modern RPGs forget what the genre really is about. There are no stakes, no risk of failure, no real choices and consequences. There is a sense of freedom in some of them, but then the quests and actions you take are repetitive and uninspired. And to add to that, the sense of progression and growth is hardly ever done the way it's supposed to be. Even the overhyped and overglorified Witcher 3 doesn't hold a candle to something like the original Gothic games (only the first two). And if you want to get your mind blown as to what an actual role playing video game should be, i highly recommend playing the mod for Gothic 2 Gold, called Chronicles of Myrtana: Archolos, which puts to shame every RPG release since 2002. If I was to get into a big RPG I would go with Tangra's suggestion before Cyberpunk 2077. A cool isometric cyberpunk action RPG I already have is Death Trash and it's much cheaper. It happens to also two player cooperative and seems like it's much more fun to play that way. Just to be funny, I like to have Death Trash's icon on my desktop right next to my Recycle Bin. As far as external drives and their speed... My computer only has 3.1 as well. Just if I turned raytracing on, Doom Eternal's framerate would drop if I went right against below some rock ledge so I turned raytracing back off. I guess I gotta try them with the new Firecuda drive sometime. If you do get Cyberpunk 2077, I would get it on DRM free GOG, and also since I think that platform and game might be the same company. Screw game key resellers. It seems so parasitic, like ticket scalpers except they sell lower rather than higher. The only games I buy used are physical discs or carts. If a game has an activation key I only buy it still sealed. I think I made an exception once. When Blizzard screwed Warcraft III players with the forced Reforged update through Battle.net, I quick ordered a copy of the Frozen Throne add-on from ebay or something. It actually came with two keys for it and I wasn't taking it online anyway. Of course there's games that require being activated online but I think it's old enough that it wasn't the case. Then I found the latest update patch I could for WCIII on the internet but it's not as recent as right before the Reforged fuckup.

Occasionally I do consider supporting our local crack resellers and similar entrepreneurs. Not so much for my own substance abuse but rather outta principles.
After all, such groups are the closest you can get of an opposition to the estate. So my aim would be to strictly become one of their main patrons and carefully observe their developments.
See how bold they can possibly get and then, after watchin' all of that tremendous effort going to shit on a news report; I can truly grasp what being a Rothschild feels like.

I can get it for $18.50 for Xbox one at Walmart! I've had Xbox One for many years, it was given to me for free, because my brother won it in a contest at work, and already had one. Primarily, I've used it for playing my work out DVDs. But I think I'll use it to play Cyber Punk 2077 now. Might as well, my laptop isn't going to play it with much better graphics anyway.
