This game is looking more and more beautiful the closer to completion it gets. The part of the fantasy world the setting is in is to the West of the "old world", and lore wise it was always destined to be a bit more campy (atleast on the surface, until you find out about the pleasure cults of the dark elves and how they worship Khaine by bathing and fucking eachother and commiting incest in sacrificial blood while eating sacrificial flesh until they finally reach a state of such frenzy that can only be sated by running in mobs down streets and breaking into homes cutting down other dark elves while screaming like banshees.. in other words they were included in the series to cater to teenage edgelord faggots who listen to metal : )) since the main races here are the dark elves, high elves, lizardmen that build Aztec-like temples and pyramids, and Skaven which are ratmen... that said, it looks like they're actually doing a fucking awesome job at keeping the dark and grim undertones and ridiculously OTT setting that Warhammer is known for, full of arbituary skulls and everything.. I really can't wait to play this game when it comes out, I have over 1000 hours in the first Total Warhammer so this'll keep me occupied! Also, if you own both the first and second Warhammer, Creative Assembly will eventually make it possible to play a grand map that combines both the new and old world, n' shit.
I recommend watching the trailers in order.
The bell rings 13 times.. do not ask who it tolls for!

Looks pretty cool, but these types of promotional trailers drive me crazy. I should let you know I'm an idiot who doesn't know anything about anything. What exactly is Warhammer? What do you do as the player? Do you control an entire race like an RTS game?
