Looking at the "quality" of what's getting tossed into Dumbworld, I'm inclined to say this board is simply finally receiving (too little too late of) the bare minimum housekeeping that has been overdue for a while, in an attempt to avoid having it shut down for good. Honestly I'm starting to wonder in general if there is any point to any of the sub-boards aside the DBP one, but this is probably a hot take or whatever.

Just a joke my friend. I'm not aware of any posts anyone has made on a Doom forum that are going to get them in anyone's pants regardless of what's in the other person's pants. I do think that some people (wasn't even referring to you) drive themselves insane over this shit though. You have one member here that literally does nothing besides reminding everyone as often as the sun sets that someone on DW accused him of being a pedophile (the other posts are about how much he hates pedophiles). Then you have 40oz writing educational books that he knows nobody in the classroom is going to listen to. And the people writing educational books for 40oz in return, knowing that the teacher is already set in his ways. It all just seems pointless to me *pulls trigger*.

Regardless of anyone's personal feelings, there are a lot of well-written posts intended to engage in honest discussion, but the insane people here are so loud and repetitive that it sometimes makes everyone look insane just by being in the same discussion.

When you have a small forum like this, it's easy for a few members to drag down the whole lot. Reading through threads like this is just maddening because of the amount of people repeating things they've already said in slightly different ways, trolls speaking in boring riddles just to be irritating, etc. It's just a mass of energy expended on nothing. And I do think some people just Care Too Much.

Hell, I shouldn't have called out wereknight indirectly like that, it's a weasel move and I don't think singling out a specific member like that is cool. Sorry for that wk, I hope you'll accept my apology.

But man, if I could offer you some honest advice while I'm on the topic: this obsession with whatever happened is harming you... it really sucks to watch you hurting yourself like that on a regular basis for such a long time. I only know the basics - I didn't go digging into it becase I have no reason to, it's depressing no matter what angle you're viewing from. Anyone in the community who thinks a situation like that is funny or entertaining needs to get their head checked.

I don't know the specifics of what happened, but you admitted that you weren't in a good state of mind when it happened, and I sympathize with that and appreciate your openness, considering that we're talking about the supposed crime being a few lines of text or something. But you don't really seem to be in a good state of mind now, either. You obviously have a desire to be part of the community considering that you still post here, even after what happened. But you're pretty much ostracizing yourself by constantly bringing up the same topic or two over and over. I think I speak for everyone when I say that you'd be a top member even for your skill and talent alone, otherwise.

You obviously have a lot of serious shit going on in your life (Russia, military, depression) and you seem really, really frustrated and I can see why, because you recieve a lot of mockery and no help. I really think you need help, or at least someone to talk to. I think that you're only frustrating yourself more with this obsession that you've developed. I used to get offended by things online sometimes, or angry at things people said to me, but then I realized that my internet time doesn't have to include shit that serves no purpose except to piss me off or make me feel bad in some way. You shouldn't let these people online that you hate so much affect you like this, you're never going to see them or anyone they know in real life. But I know that it's easier said than done when your head isn't in a good place and you're being kicked down.

I don't post here much, and I'm not well-liked here either, especially by you I'd assume, considering the fact that I insulted you in the past in the worst way possible (by bringing up the incident to make you look bad, an extremely low blow and something I regret enough to remember doing) but nobody can deny your talent. In terms of what you do, you're the #1 artist in the community as far as I'm concerned. Don't you want to be recognized and remembered for that instead of all this other stuff?

kvsari I don't really have the means to do that. From what I've read, proboards doesn't really have a way to export the forums to another platform. All the posts would be lost, everyone would have to create new accounts again, create new threads with conversations to talk about etc.
