The Samurai Shodown/Spirits anime sucks.

I forgot just how lame it was and watched it again a year or so ago. It definitely sucks. Fortunately I only paid $1 at a flea market I think.
Watch the brutal gruesome classic anime, Ninja Scroll instead.
Or watch the Japanese live action 1981 movie featuring Sonny Chiba called Samurai Reincarnation, which is based on the same legends as the Samurai Shodown/Spirits video games.
But stay away from modern SNK who originally made those games. Seems they're infested with pedos now (SNK Tag Team Heroines is disgusting, aside from being a low effort pile of trash).
