What are some games that you wish had happened, be it a game that got an official announcement but was cancelled, or did get released, but only came out on systems you weren't much of a fan of.
For me, it includes games such as:
Half-Life 1 on the Sega Dreamcast
Quake 2 on Sega Saturn
Gunman Chronicles for PS1 and Sega Dreamcast
Chasm on Sega Saturn and N64
Unreal 1998 ports to the PS1 and N64 (with the N64 version allowing for RAM expansion Pack)
Fallout 1 for PS1, N64 and Sega Saturn
System Shock 1 for 3DO, N64, and Sega Saturn (the 3DO has mouse support; one can either Daisy chain a mouse to a 6-button controller, or use the SNES-2-3DO adapter in order to use both an SNES gamepad and Super NES mouse, and the Saturn has official keyboard peripherals along with its own Mice controllers)
Fallout 2 on the N64 and Dreamcast
Blood on the PS1 and Sega Saturn
Fallout 1 for PS1, N64 and Sega Saturn
System Shock 1 for 3DO, N64, and Sega Saturn (the 3DO has mouse support; one can either Daisy chain a mouse to a 6-button controller, or use the SNES-2-3DO adapter in order to use both an SNES gamepad and Super NES mouse, and the Saturn has official keyboard peripherals along with its own Mice controllers)
Fallout 2 on the N64 and Dreamcast
Blood on the PS1 and Sega Saturn
Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel on Xbox, Dreamcast, and Gamecube
GTA III on the Dreamcast
Maniac Mansion on SNES and Sega Genesis
The Secret of Monkey Island on Sega Genesis and SNES
Tails Adventure for Sega Genesis
Frontier: Elite 2 for the SNES with Super FX2 chip, and Sega CD
Alien 3: the Gun ported to Sega Genesis, SNES, and Sega CD.
Rayman 2 on Sega Saturn.
Ultima IV on SNES and Sega Genesis
Ultima V on Sega Master System, SNES and Sega Genesis
Ultima V on Sega Master System, SNES and Sega Genesis
Ultima: The Collection; a Sega CD, PC DOS, Macintosh, Amiga CD, 3DO, PS1, and Sega Saturn collection of all the main Ultima games from I-VII as well as the prototype for Ultima 1: Akalebeth: World of Doom and the Spin-off Ultima underworld- The Stygian Abyss. Also, it would include images of concept art and interviews from the Origin systems team, most of which is normally hidden in most versions until you beat certain games, such as beating Ultima I-III, completing Ultima III with a thief-oriented build, or going through an entire game without anyone in the player's team dying.
The last one is something I would really love to have happened. Ultima VII: The Black gate, would have made a better conclusion to the main Ultima timeline than either VIII: Pagan or IX: Ascension.
