The nevermind baby is suing Nirvana

Spencer Elden, the 4 month old baby model on the cover of Nirvana's 1991 album Nevermind has recently appealed a dismissed motion to sue the former band members for distributing child pornography; citing that he was sexually exploited without his consent and his and injuries including emotional distress, lost earning capacity and "loss of enjoyment of life" that continued into adulthood.
