So i was just adding textures to my project's texture archive, and then at some point i noticed that some textures get added normally and dispaly in TEXTUREX editor, but others import with their names being shown, but they appear as if they were replaced by INVPATCH,what can be causing this? Did anyone else have this issue? The file:https://www.dropbox.com/s/ljjusl1yz2pl233/SMITEtex..wad?dl=0 I appreciate it if you can help me.

I just scrolled through your entire texture pack and they all seem fine. Give some examples of wrong-looking textures, maybe I missed them (your texture pack is massive). What the hell is INVPATCH anyway
edit: make sure you have the base iwad (doom2.wad) configured.

Nope, that texture looks fine for me. Try closing Doom Builder and reopening your wad.

Glad I could help. Generally you should avoid having your wad open in two programs at the same time. I've heard enough horror stories about wads getting corrupted and stuff. Also keeping your maps and textures separate is a good idea (like you're doing already).
