Which is best and why? explain your reasoning. Lion because it's very high testosterone and can make an environment become oppressive without making it look Satanic... also Matthias Worch used that a lot in his maps.

Out of the options presented, I like the lion best. It just seems kind of regal. Also, this should be a poll. I'm with Xeep though. None of the above. (although wait this is also a gargoyle soooo...) He looks so mischievous. That guy is a custom monster in Doom Zero.

I like the lion and the satyr equally. But I don't mix and match, if I use one in a map, all my switches will be that same texture, I like keeping consistency within the same map. The gargoyle is god-ugly, I wouldn't mind never seeing it again.

I'm pro-lion too, but not for high testosterone reasons lmao deathevokation and @kontrakommando I like the detail in the lion's mane. I like satyrs but mostly in green marble / 'GSTONE' form. The gargoyle looks like it would be really loud and annoying.

For me, personally, it's the Satyr. He looks like he gets up to some bullshit in his free time. I can respect the grift.

The satyr always reminded me of this guy:

I second Xeep's answer... (at 25 seconds if the video doesn't automatically jump to there)

I like the satyr more than the others, it's oddly satisfying to press.

I always liked the gargoyle one. You can combine between the lion and the gargoyle to create a "4th" version which from a distance can look good and convincing.
I wish there was another version using the stone gargoyle graphic, that would make it my new favorite.

Satry. Mostly it gives off that stern feel of a balding angry man shouting things at you, until you press the button on him. Really it feels alot more imposing because of it. With lion its more of pride and gargoyle idk what it usually supposed to represent chaotic?
Satry just feels alot more imposing overall, is why I end up liking it.

Usually lion, as it's the most visually pleasing to me, but in large maps I use all three based on which door they trigger, like in Doom Zero.
