Questions: 1. Does anybody use the Wolf3D/Doom/Heretic/Hexen/Duke3D/Quake flash plugins above? It's a cool feature but it takes up a lot of space and makes the button bar on the top look kinda messy. I think I could straighten it out to remove the redundant links. 2. I can set up forum ranks for certain numbers of posts like doomworld has: Registered just to make one post

Do you guys like the new smileys or are they kinda dumb/spammy? If you do, would you happen to have some reaction gifs I could scale down to fill the remaining faces? I'll only use them if they're good, useful for more than one type of post, and long-lasting. 4. What do you guys think of everything so far? Is there anything that's really annoying that needs to be fixed, or that you miss about the old style that I could bring back? 5. I think I could add a Post Hell forum to this site to throw shitty threads in. Obviously we don't have an abundance of shitty threads at this point but I'm curious if you guys think that could be a fun idea. I don't use the shareware downloads. I already have them on old floppy drives...... I don't think we should copy DW. Let's be a little more unique. I like the new smilies a lot. Please DON'T make a post hell. A deleted/closed threads subforum, perhaps. But nothing for trolling or shaming of members. That's just pointless and having a Post Hell may encourage people to post blatant shitposts just for fun. |

Yea, I don't think making a post hell is a good idea. I want that section to stay exactly the way it is.
Also, I want to keep the share ware too. But if you can make it more organized, that would be cool.
I like the smiley faces, add even more if you can.

yellow looks really unattractive on red tbh, they weren't useful on Doomworld... however, I don't mind having them if it doesn't show "dumb" by default.

I like the orange better, and I like the tags! If we're being pedantic technically they came from Something Awful forums, as did much of DWs original design.  |

Yo 40, the tags are cool, but when I use them on my end the thread displays the next tag after the one that I selected. Could I also request a "cunt" tag please?

Also would like to request an extra "recent threads" button up on the top right corner of the forum heading bar (where the reply button is on this page), similar position to what we used to have on DW. Old habits die hard.

Like doomworld, you can be given a custom title that replaces your member rank. If you want one I'll consider it. If you request a title for some other Doomer I'll highly consider it.

You should probably restore the appropriate moderators titles that Kontra had put in place(Moderator, Global Moderator, etc.), so that when mods enforce site regulations they are not perceived as being a normal member. I currently have the title "Biggest Doomer", when it should read Global Moderator. Same for Manil0 and Malchik. |
