When you listen to music, do you listen to playlists?
Do you make your own, listen to other peoples mixes, or listen to generated mixes by whatever platform you use?
I normally listen to full albums from start to end. I usually hate the mixes that youtube comes up with. But i'm trying to make some mixes to fit my different moods, and its really satisfying when it works.
I went through my library of music and started picking out some tracks from random bands that feel right to make my own playlist and im having some fun with it. i like trying to find songs from different artists that sound good when played in sequence, and trying to figure out what mixes sound the least jarring and blend together nicely to fit the mood.

I have two moods:
1. I want (song). 2. I want (music).
In mood 1, YouTube almost always has it. From there I just let AutoPlay run until I hear something I don't like.
In mood 2, I spend around 30 minutes trying to coax YouTube into creating a decent auto-playlist and then give up and listen to nothing.

I used to have M3U playlists for my music, but now, when walking, or jogging, usually I just listen to a bunch of songs from various modes on shuffle. While driving it is usually a sequence of albums, with songs in order.

I normally listen to full albums from start to end. That's about the same for me. Either that or I use my absolutely huge 'Liked Songs' playlist on Spotify where I've collected songs I enjoy since like 2017.
