The Plutonia MIDI pack, Plutonia 2 and PRCP have amazing soundtracks.

Sunlust's soundtrack is probably one of the most spellbinding Doom OSTs I've heard. It's so calming for the most part and it suits the maps very well.

Also pretty epic. Just like the WAD itself, with every level taking an average of 7.5 days to complete.
