if you had to guess, which animation best describes how your body would be mutilated by getting gibbed by an explosion? do you think you would be liquified into a watery splash like the imp?  Or disfigured granular chunks like the zombie man?  or like big bulky muscle-y tears of tissue like the chaingunner?  |

Lost souls, pain elementals, nazis, the spider mastermind and the icon of sin explode too. The Icon doesn't explode. It just goes "eeeeeehhhhhh" and an unrelated set of explosions is triggered some number of map units south. Pain Elementals are pretty awesome. They explode while falling down. The Spider Mastermind more like "deflates". |
