let me chime in with a shameless self-promition: it is definitely NOT GZDoom-only, it seems to work fine in my k8vavoom sourceport too. ;-)

no problems, i'm not demanding anything, sorry if it looks like that. just writing that it works in k8vavoom too. i meant, you accidentally created multiport mod, which is way better than GZDoom-only. and the best thing is that you don't have to do any additional work for that! ;-)
btw, i played it a little, and i think it would be great to have some options there. like timeout between waves, how big waves are, and so on. or make a warm-up adaptive: next wave time and such can depend on how good the player did with the previous one…

But I might update it with these new features!

i also must confess that i tested it with my Zan mod, and Zan can take down Baron of Hell with good-aimed jumpkick, so don't take my opinion on difficulty seriously. ;-)
