DB TeamDM: Compilation v1

DB TeamDM is a compilation of modified deathmatch maps to include specific team deathmatch start locations. I only made some of these maps, and the ones I didn't make I modified to add the red and blue player starts, or change thing placement or add an area or two. This project is more experimental and not meant to be a legitimate release at any point because the maps within aren't all mine. I just wanted to make this so that I could try TeamDM and explore the possibilities of this gamemode, and eventually make a real mapset with what I learn from this later. This is pretty much totally untested except with bots so I don't know if they're any good yet.

I only made 4 of the listed 15 maps from scratch.
