Its fucking crazy how JK rowling once was apart of the crazy virtue signaling groups, where she had also began claiming Harry potter was secretly gay the entire time, and That Hermonie? girl was black, and Dumbledore was gay for that teacher that didnt like harry. All in hopes of scoring free attention seeking points, and now she has become mega-hitler 2.0.
Crazy how time flies.

Anyone here live in Romania? Currently browsing through countries on the big ol' globe for a country to move to and Romania seems pretty interesting. Lot of history, cool language, and most importantly appears to have low living costs. Ironically a year before the whole war going on I was learning Russian with hopes of going to Russia/Georgia/or Ukraine to teach English, so that's off the table. Basically, Canada is a sinking ship. The weather is cold, the people are colder, the government is pushing the envelope on what they can pull on us and prices for basic things are ABSURD. Contrary to popular belief, Canadians are NOT polite to put it lightly. I've lived here my entire life and see zero future, however thankfully Canada is just one country in this great big world.

Doom_ro is from Romania i believe, but he deleted his account a while ago to work with the dbk4lyfe crew. Ive been spending some time in Canada recently and i agree the cost of living is pretty extreme. In Ontario, the road rage i see when driving in and around toronto is crazy. However ive found the stereotype of canadians being nice and polite to be mostly true. Being polite is not always a good thing, though. There are people that can be very judgmental, but they will frame it in a complimentary way. They can also be pretty dishonest about their intentions because to be direct about it would be rude, even though what they want from you can be kinda shitty. Some people can be really cool though.

I've lived here my entire life and see zero future, I'm not from Romania but the country next door, the one that starts with an S. Trust me you don't know SHIT about zero future. Yeah here in the Balkans we don't have libtards and such shit but we have an ungodly amount of corruption, neglect of the environment, emigration (not immigration!) , etc. I would instead recommend somewhere in Central Europe. Like Austria / Czech Republic / Hungary / Slovenia. These countries have the balance between good standard of living and reasonably low living costs especially for you guys across the pond.

I've never seen any of the Harry Potter movies, read any books or played the games. Not deliberately, it just happened that I was doing other things and didn't bother get into that franchise. Same like I don't have much attachment to star wars or marvel superhero movies, rarely have seen few because friends went to the cinema by accident and I've occasionally seen few of these unimpressed. Should I watch some Potter stuff? Are they any good?

optimus you're probably far far away from the target audience at this point. But I'll tell you the books were THE SHIT when I was nine. I read all seven of them in three weeks in total. That's counting the days it took my dad to find some free time to take me to the bookstore. They're really good and the universe is very captivating. Aside from being based, Rowling is great at world building. The first two-three books (or movies, if you enjoy filming your wife in action with other men) have this fairytale innocent vibe but take a sharp dark turn afterwards, and by the last installment you feel like you've gone through a lot with the characters. But once again that's the recollection of nine year old me about the series. I haven't been nine years old in 13 years. Also the cool thing about the HP franchise is that its translations to foreign languages are usually top-tier, same as with Lord of the rings. Like all of the lore and a lot of the names are translated into native words and stuff. However my Serbian books didn't translate the word "Hogwarts" and I was a bit freaked out years later when I realised what it actually means. Weird-ass name for a wizard school.

Just books for kids tbh. All the coping and seething you are seeing is because Harry fucking Potter is the only book these malding dysgenics have ever read.
If you're looking for a fantasy kick, you'd be better off reading Pratchett.

What's Rowling been up to? I recall her making a luke-warm take on bathroom gender etiquette some years back, and the Rainbow Hitler Youth did what Rainbow Hitler Youth does best. Knowing Rowling, she probably kept leaning into it, being simultaneously one of the most annoying people on the planet and based at the same time. A lot of gender dysphoria is just highly laundered political dysphoria anyways, or at least marbled into eachother. Some of them don't realize yet that their whole worldview is only held together by duck-tape, bubble-gum, and abuse of unilaterally left-leaning institutional power since 2014, and whatever concepts the Humanities departments were cookin and circle-jerking with at around that time. That's cracked a bit in the last few years.
I survived the SJW hellscape of the mid 2010's somehow, when having envy for the female form was 'sexist', 'mysogonist', and 'transphobic' because it implied that I mapped things to and from some sort of Platonic ideal of a 'woman'... Fun time that was. I kinda have some sort of second-degree gender dysphoria that scales depending on circumstances, that I roll with in style. "A bottom with mommy issues, Lololololol". I'm in that uncanny valley of groomables that people find neat these days. Maybe I'll snap one day and just grow a stem-cell vagina anyways and get freaky.
The year is 20XX. US conservatives have a eureka moment and they pass a constitutional amendment that requires half of men at age 25 to transition into women using advanced technology, but with express goal to reinforce the neo-nuclear family once and for all. Along-side traditional marrages between husband and wife, some families will have a husband, wife, and transgender maids that've been biologically enhanced with an addiction to serving the household and "relieving tension" amongst the married group (in more ways than one). Divorce rates go down to near zero, and everything statistically reduces back to the nuclear family. "Constitution, Pog!", "Nuclear Family, Pog!" say the conservatives in rejoice. The math is tricky tho, because men are the search nodes of the human race, so having a lot of different types of men around is important.
Speaking of book series. Remember Goosebumps? I juggle and fight tons of dystopian sexual fantasies every day. I should make a spinoff of tales called Goose-humps - an erotic horror series by H.P. Buttcraft. I'll make sure to hire Darknation to edit them because I know he'll have fun reading them. :^) :^) :^) :^) :^) :^) :^) :^) :^)

Maybe I should watch one or two movies at some point, your comments inspired me to at least have a fast look at it, it's the easiest I can do right now.
Irrelevant, some songs in this gives me vibes of certain maps from doom megawads. They would fit into slow paced starts with some exploration or action later.

So I just went on a website with property listings in my city (like zillow in murica or whatever).
For 45000 euros I could get either 1) a recently built, 20 square meter apartment close to the city center, or 2) an old, 102 square meter, two-story house in a suburban village, 30-40 minutes away from the city by car, with 13 ares (1300 sq meters) of land. I could grow my own vegetables on that shit and maybe have my own chickens too. Eggs cost a fortune now so owning chickens are the NEW fuckin WAVE. It's the new NFT.
Why the fuck would someone voluntarily buy an apartment in the city in %current_year% is beyond me. "B-b-b-b-b-b-b-but my funko pop store is in the city center and I have to be within 5 minutes walking distance from it!!!!!" Shut the fuck up!
I also checked the properties around smaller cities in my country (I'm from the capital) and you could get a house for 15000€ down there. Fifteen fucking thousand euros.

i.postimg.cc/VLNtyjzJ/ifuckinglovefunkos.jpg Got to konsoom those funkos; live in the pod; guzzle the soy latte!I've noticed that even if you're living in the city and relatively close to your place of work, you could easily spend the same amount of time (or more, sometimes much more) travelling each day as you would if you live in or beyond the suburbs. So there's no downside to living in the countryside really. Except for the artificially inflated gas prices. But I'd say it's totally worth it still.

Decided to try doing the Easter lent this year, for a week at least. If you are not Orthodox Christian (in other words, you fantasise about watching your wife have sex with other men), that basically means following a vegan diet for 6 weeks. If you're doing it Right™, you can only use cooking oil on weekends, and eat fish on only two days of the lent. Most people don't follow that though, they just follow a vegan diet plus fish. Idk if I will. I might see how bearable is it. I can live without cooking oil but without fish it's gonna be hard to compensate for the lack of animal products.

Decided to try doing the Easter lent Update 8 days in: week 1 was pretty easy so I think I'll try at least one or two more. If I succeed I'm going all the way (until the 15th of April). Thankfully I've been a breadpilled potatocel for quite some time, so my eating habits changed less than I expected. As a kid I always felt kind of sorry for my dad, unable to eat anything delicious, but now I realise it's really not that bad. I found some delicious canned cod liver in a nearby store. It's incredible. Tastes like the fat part of bacon. Also when you're done you can burn the can, and the oil will provide you with fifteen minutes of burning in a quite satisfying manner. I love burning various shit on my windowsill. Also some vegan oat-based chocolate. It's fuckin good and tastes exactly like the real deal if you can ignore the oats. I like oats so to me it's even a nice bonus.
