so my music player app on my PC has its own volume bar, my web browser has a volume bar, the desktop has its own volume bar, the mp3's I listen to can have embedded gain added to them, and there's a volume dial on my speakers and headphones. uhhhh

whats your order of priority with volume?

I have a laptop so idk how do speakers and headphones play into all that tho.
