Sorry for gravedigging this thread, but I finally got around to playing this and it's awesome!
Nice work! I've played through merc and colonist class, currently on operative and am saving synthetic for last.
One change I'd recommend is on the mission screen/credits, do something about the image because the way it's written makes me think this is Kontra Kommandos mod: probably what happened to the PC Gamer dude.

Other than the base resources from Aliens: Trilogy (UD)/Ultimate Doom , and a little bit of play testing, I have had no hand in the creation of this mod. Also, Aliens: Trilogy (UD) / Ultimate Doom is more like Kontra Kommando et alSergeant_Mark_IV and jdredalert helped out a lot, among others. If anything, I'd say Payload is now the true steward of this body of work, since I haven't created anything since 2017, and have no plans on resuming. Something like how Doomer Boards was once mine, and now is under the leadership of 40oz.
The only thing I am focused on creating now is a child, with my wife, which is already 10 weeks in the making. I want to ensure the success of my posterity, and be a participant in driving the evolution of the human race forward and upward.

I'm working my way through the Aliens mods. I kind of skipped over the Ultimate Doom one because I assumed it was the old Aliens TC from the 90s updated for use with UDoom and/or Doom2. I'll have to put it on the list 👍
