Should have posted this one here sooner, but anyway here it is - Sargasso is an 11-map Boom-compatible episode for Doom II, and should be played with translucent textures enabled. Started this project back in December 2017 and finished it in later October of 2019. It's a very different and personal experience coming from me, as it's my first Boom mapset with use of DeHackEd features including new monsters.
It's been finished since last October, but part of me is tempted to update a small part of it; namely the colormap for the invulnerability. It is something I wanted to change but I have no experience with colormaps so I'm totally lost in that regard unless someone can educate me on how it even works. Maybe a green, blue or red filter would be a cool thing to have for an invulnerability pickup, but anyway...here are ye maps:
MAP01: Freighter MAP02: Red Zone MAP03: Surveyor MAP04: Multiplier MAP05: Starfighter MAP06: The Terminal MAP07: Cannon Ridge MAP08: Clones MAP09: Alien Colony MAP10: The Portal MAP11: Danger Zone MAP12: Credits MAP13: Lobby (Bonus) MAP14: CAN'T LET YOU DO THAT (stops progress)

Nice, I should check this out. I might be able to help with the invul colormap thing. I dipped my toes into those waters with DBP13 (which has a red-tinted invul palette, although iirc GZ overrules it with a more vanilla-like effect, so there might be a bit more one should do to over-override especially "helpful" ports like that). Probably will have to wait until DBP21 comes out though!

I actually did get some help wit the colormap recently with a green-tinted invulnerability, and so far only the ModDB entry has been updated with it. I sent another updated version to Idgames and I'll see if I can get it up on Doomshack as well!
