Not exactly the answer I was looking to give but off the top of my head Swift Death comes to mind. Also some parts of my MAP32 I made for Doom 2 Redux. |

Not at my pc so can’t check monster counts but cannonball’s wad atomic is pretty tough for non-slaughter (at least I don’t remember it being slaughter).
Hmmm I wonder if he finished that wad, played it a few years ago.

In all honesty, if we're talking raw difficulty, probably some trash '95 wad where they expect you to non-zerk punch a cyberdemon.
