Your Vile End- Tested on Prboom+ -complevel 2 ( It should work on any source port )
- Doom 2 Iwad needed
- No difficulty modes implemented
- free mouse aim will make it easier, especially the end of the map
- contains only one small map
Demo files for a full playtrough would be highly appreciated. This map might kick some players in the teeth, while not even being close to a challenge to others. I hope it is a decent balance estimation.

Nice. I hope it wont disappoint too much. Small maps aren't for everyone.

Rather easy, there aren't traps or very dangerous situations, but it was a pleasant map to play. I liked a lot the classic look and gameplay, it would fit very well in Dtwid. And there's some little optional parts and non-linearity despite the small layout. The last arch-vile isn't threatening, it was an easy target to get behind the red door. The exit room door isn't unpegged. Make more!

There is something so weirdly interesting about seeing others play trough a map I made. Thanks for the FDA. I did not expect it to be easy. Perhaps proof of how i am getting worse at playing doom.

files.catbox.moe/fxghgd.lmp recorded in crispy doom Here's a casual keyboard-only demo. I like the variation in the map's design and it was indeed pleasant to play through.

FDA www.doomshack.org/uploads/yourvileendFDAjoe.lmpIt didn't challenge me in the slightest, but it was highly enjoyable regardless. Only few things that bothered me were the pegged and untextured door tracks that look ugly, the keyed doors and the exit door look bad, the archvile fight felt like filler, it only ruined the flow for me, instead of blazing in and kicking ass, I had to camp behind the door with a rocket launcher and wait for it to attack to get some shots done, it could've been better if it was anything else, even a baron would fit there better TBH, since you can't really kill it with rockets from behind the door with all that distance and would have to get inside the arena. Call it "Your Hellish End" or something if you end up using the baron.

Demo for ZDoom v2.8.1 as threatened. As others have said it's a pretty laid back map, but very competently made classic style map. Visuals are flawless apart from that last non unpegging, as Phobro said make more. I got the soulsphere secret in a way you probably didn't intend

thanks for all the very helpful feedback and demo files. I feel as if I got betrayed by the number generator or the game during the multiple times I tested the map. The hitscanners always went for the kill each and every time, taking huge bites out of my HP. Perhaps i was unlucky. The demo files give me a better sight on the what where and how of it all.
Would a small reshuffle of the enemies at the end be a good idea or something not truly needed ?

If you're talking about the Vile area, maybe warping the Vile in after the player is already well inside that room will prevent cheesing it
