Make 1-3 suggestions that you consider overall to be the best fully completed mod released in 2016, for Ultimate Doom, and Doom 2.
It can be any type of style; gameplay modification; total conversion; map-set; single-player; multi-player; etc.

Echelon. The first 11 maps suck, 20-23 rock (I haven't played anything after those coz I'm a lazy dude).
TOO MANY SUPER SHOTGUNS. Oh god, that's just awesome.
IMPatience. Impse the Doomguy. (impse is a verb)
E1M4/8b. That's really obvious, not too many people remain devoted to sth they made 2 and a half decades ago.
Foursite. That's one hell of a "first map"!
I really don't like all those major releases so that's why my "best mods" are kinda niche.

Japanese Community Project was like the only long wad that managed to hold my interest this year, probably because it is made by not so professional mappers that aren't "infected" with mainstream tendencies yet. Amateur unique works make me excited.
