A youtube channel, LowResGamer made it his mission to run games on hardware that isn't supposed to support it. The video has a list of hardware that he uses in the description and the video includes in-depth instructions on how to get it running. It's not easy, not pretty, but it's playable. The part where you can see it in action starts around 5:20.
