Looks like a mixture of white Michael Jackson, Lois Griffin.
Mainly because of the flat nose.

Yep, first thing that came to mind was Lois Griffin as well, but to be clear that is some well done pixel art. Good job.

The art aspect is indeed well done, but I'd say she looks more like a frightening sex doll with a mongoloid haircut. Just look at the last ouchface!
EDIT: Sorry chaingunner. Out of interest; did you base her off the other doomgirl face that someone made, or did you start from nothing? It has some similarity to it.

HUDs take up too much screen space. I can’t even remember the last time I actually saw Doomguy while playing. I like that pristine full screen doomy goodness yo.
