Don’t normally like broadstroke oversized stuff but this looks interesting. I hope that room in the last shot makes good use of lighting effects. Have you tried it Aisleen and if so does it play well? I can’t fire it up until tomorrow. |

lol looks shiny. I haven't played darkmasters stuff, but it looks interesting. I've been reading comments saying his maps are really hard, which has made me hesitate to try them. I'd rather spend my dooming experience having fun than get fucking pwned constantly. I hope this plays well! Thanks again notAisleen for the links  |

...Aaaaaaand it's a slaughtermap with 2000+ monsters, and not the good type either so there goes the fun. Also negative stars for no Sharon Stone.

 It should be a rule to post the number of monsters in the map with these posts. I was about 100 monsters before I died the first time. Sorry darkmaster, I don't know you well enough to give you ten hours of my time trying to beat this. |

I gave it a good crack and savescummed, but I said to myself fuck it when I got to a room with a shit ton of Revenants and what seems like a dozen Archviles. Not my glass of scotch gameplay wise that’s for sure. Visuals are clean and decent enough though.

To expound on this statement, mapper reputation plays a large role in giving these types of maps a fair shot. If Skillsaw for example puts out a map with the quantity of monsters in 2000+ range, I would trust him to deliver a fair and fun experience, for the kind of player I am anyways. |
