I haven't played it since I beat it. Mostly due to the fact that it doesn't perform well on my PC. I thought the Map builder was cool in many ways. Nevertheless, it lack the fundamental freedom that makes modding the classic doom games, impervious to age. Perhaps if they allowed people to create their own 3D models with a map editor, and replace assets. That would greatly expand the scope of creativity for user created content.

I haven't played Doom 2016 yet... I still need to build a new PC that has the required specs to play it.

My computer crashed before I could finish it. I haven't gotten back to it since I'm guessing my save game is long gone, and I don't really want to replay the first half so soon.

I still haven't played it yet either. I don't own the new consoles, and my current PC can't run it. I am looking to upgrade to a proper desktop gaming PC very soon though.
Doom 2016 looks like fun from what I've seen. But it won't be replacing the classic Doom games in my collection.

No, Honestly I'v no clue how to mod Doom'16 but have heard of others sucessfully doing so with minor things like grenade effects. I need to quit being lazy, find the person who did that and see what they're doing with that currently.

New Doom is quite awesome. I pushed my little laptop hard to run it and it was a great experience, but I don't think I'll play it again. It has modern game syndrome and it's one and done for me. None of the mods interest me and I'm not a multiplayer kind of a guy.
