Remind me why the fuck did we drive doomkid away from coomer boards in the first place? Literally one of the two people who answered the question. No one drove me away or anything like that, don't worry.
It mostly came down top a big, moronic conflict between Glenzinho and I on discord. Ancient bullshit that is pointless to drudge up, but I didn't want to draw out the drama pointlessly and extend meaningless conflict on and on so I ducked out for a while. I'm not looking to fight or for beef or whatever else, I'm just over that garbage. It was all dumb when it went down and it's still dumb. Hopefully anyone else involved has long since moved on as well.
It's been a while, but I still check in from time to time. If I saw a thread or an argument happening that I had strong opinion on I'd get involved, it's just been a while since that's happened.
I'm also over political shitstorm threads and have been for a good long while now. It's the same reason I hardly use Shitter these days. Trump has 2020 in the bag easily anyway, since the "democratic party" "decided" that "totally not senile" Joe Biden is the "great hope for the future". What a fucking obviously rigged joke American politics is. He's just gonna pick Hillary or Kamala as his running mate and duck out a couple weeks in, just so he can die "responsible" for the first female president. If that's not a sad joke and proof that it's all bought and paid for, I don't know what is.
Even as a left-leaning person I'm actually looking forward to the debate where Trump utterly obliterates Senile Joe. Might sound weird coming from me, but since we've been swindled out of the actually-interesting Trump V Sanders debate, why the heck not, right? It's all political pageantry anyway with no actual bearing on the future of America or the world (spoiler, the ultra-powerful remain ultra-powerful and the abused remain abused) so it might as well at least be entertaining.
I didn't mean to give anyone the impression that they had driven me away. No one here has ever "wronged" me as far as I know. I'm pretty easy going and most of you know that. I just got tired of a few flavors of bs for a while, a good chunk of it self-inflicted anyway.

Without beating the dead horse too much and digging up old bones, there wasn’t really a particular issue between Doomkid and I per se, just some bullshit between a couple of others that wasn’t handled in the best manner by pretty much all of us involved. And while I was pretty pissed at the Kid for sometime after what gaspe eloquently terms as the “incident,” all in all there was no major harm done to anybody as a result so with that said I’m willing to squash the beef and let bygones be bygones.
