Yeah, it's something that I'm interested in. I guess I think that gunplay has been done too well in other, more brutal, mods, but there's a gap in the market for stabbing shit in the face.   |

Welp, that's the walk cycle animations finished. Will do the final tweeks when it comes to importing them into doom. It was a massive pain in the ass. Let us never speak of this again.  |

I use an old version of Macromedia Freehand to slap the vectors down and I animate them using PSP 6 / animation shop. A smart person would probably use Flash to achieve the same thing wihout having to switch between 3 separate programs, but I'm not smart. As for making shit move in a fashion that doesn't suck, I learned the basics from this book, which is just fantastic. |
