Does anyone here work at the cheesecake factory?!? If so I've got a serious, and I mean VERY SERIOUS question for you......... WHAT IN SWEET BABY JESUS is up with your whipped cream!????? So what had happen was ..... I was at the cheesecake factory three days ago ... THREE DAYS AGO!!!!! I got a cheesecake to go and I brought it home. So it has whipped cream on top and beside it, I put it in fridge ... On day one, I go look inside said fridge and pick at it after it's been in fridge for 10 hours and the whipped cream is still 100% intact as if I myself sprayed that shit on it. It taste fresh and didn't melt down at all. Today is day three and I got to eat some and see that the magic whipped cream still looks like I just sprayed it on and taste fresh ... Like wtf kinda sorcery is this shit and eating it do I get magic powers ?????? I've never in my life seen a whipped cream last like this, normally whipped cream won't even last nicely in the fridge for more then a day once sprayed out.

Ive never been to a Cheesecake factory as there never seems to be one around me, but even if there was i bet their prices are rediculously expensive, and since the inflation i bet it is even worse.
that cheesecake does look good though..

Tbh personally it can get pricey which is why I've only ever been three times in my life. BUT for the price their portions are pretty massive.. So I find I'm getting a pretty good bang for my buck because I get to eat there and then have left overs for the next day. And if cheesecake apparently for three day π The cheesecake was sooo good, it was a raspberry white chocolate truffle cheesecakeπ

Nitrogen instead of just air / carbon dioxide I imagine, it forms finer bubbles so it won't lose structural integrity quite so fast.
Although having a shelf-life longer than uranium is not nessicarily something I look for in a fresh fucking cake.
