Like if someone sees you and judges you solely based on the looks and stereotypes associated with them, how likely are they to get an accurate picture? Do you look like the kind of person you are or are you completely different on the inside?

I match perfectly my average look.

My looks are what I want them to be (till the age allows it no longer), but the image I am projecting outwards is not who I really am, and deliberately so. Concealing one's true nature is a useful thing, especially since fighting against the already formed image of yourself in someone else's mind is hard, while using their incorrect assumptions against them is easier in comparison (once you figured what they are, of course). It should be noted that I am largely satisfied with how others perceive me, my looks seem to do this job right.
Your image is an asset you use just like your skills or money. In regards to "but what if I need others to understand me" one person may provide enough of that, and some things I never really shared with anyone at all and don't feel like I need to.

I honestly truly believe the personality and looks are somehow linked, that one can't go without the other. Like kind faces correspond to kind personalities or SOMETHING.
Physically I'm definitely not what you'd expect a 190 cm Serb to be, lol. I'm skinny as fuck (as of recently my BMI is officially in the underweight category yay), I have almost comically big lips, oh and curly hair lol. Also used to have a very unimpressive jawline but braces did their thing. Nowadays I think that if I wanted to (and had money) I could absolutely pull off a tiktok fuckboy image and be drowning in pussy, but screw that.
But regarding the things I have a bigger influence on, yeah I do wear a lot of bright colours and goofy shit like ahegao shirts and bathrobes and shitty Supreme fakes here and there, so I think I'm pretty transparent in that regard. I wish I had more money and more willingness to spend it on dope clothes though.

I think personalities are a little too complex to be defined correctly by an outfit. In my teens I wore a lot of punk band tshirts, ripped skinny jeans, vests with patches, and alternated between charged hair and a mohawk. My intent was to be "anti-establishment" but I think it was mostly perceived as "needs attention" (which was also probably also right, honestly. though I wouldn't tell anyone that)
Anyway, your personality is more what people perceive you to be than something you pick for yourself. For that reason it's mostly impossible to pick an outfit that most accurately matches your personality because most people you meet will have differing opinions of who you are as a person. You could maybe have someone you trust pick out your outfits for you or worse, act out the stereotype your outfit conveys.
If I dressed how my personality was described to me in another thread (a baby with a victim mindset) I'd probably be wearing a baby bonnet and have fake makeup bruises all over me.

It's hard to say. No two people are going to have the same perceptions when it comes to looks. You can use stereotypes to maybe make some "educated" guesses, but in all the people I've interacted with I've found you generally don't know anything meaningful until you talk to them.
Some classic metalhead looking guy with long hair and a beard could be a total elitist prick, or one of the nicest people you've ever met. Some with a clean-cut douchey looking guy in a teal polo. He might look douchey, then you talk to him and he's down to Earth and nice as fuck. In either case, they fact that they happened to have a resemblance to a common stereotype tells diddly dick about who they are and can actually be entirely misleading.
The same smile can mean genuine friendship when one person does it, but when another wears that exact same smile, it might be to fool you into a false sense of comfort just so they can backstab you.
This all said, I've sort of stopped trying to link the two, because it's a pointless guessing game, a total exercise in futility. That's why it always makes me laugh when I see dumbfucks trying to play armchair psychologist based on someone's appearance.

I used to wear band shirts, motorcycle jackets, combat boots, and had long hair, a shaved head, and even a mohawk. Today, I dress with fitted clothes, with nice shirts, or polos. I also utilize more colors in my wardrobe now. My personality has always been the same, more or less.

I think this mostly only works in extreme cases. If someone is obese, that tells me a lot about their character. When I see an obese person what comes to mind is gluttony, lack of self-control, self-respect and ambition, all very bad character traits. If someone has a chiseled, well-proportioned body, it tells me that they have discipline and are in control of their lives, which I admire.

The thing is even knowing someone's personality is not a good indicator of how they will act in a certain situation. People's actions are more driven by their goals, and the goals they set may be at odds with their nature as perceived by outside observer (even if that perception is spot on). In addition, goals of another person are rarely known unless that person willingly shares them.
Thus if someone's actions are a concern, and a source of possible danger to you, you'll have to try and narrow the options they are physically capable of taking and succeeding - you can forget all the things you think about their personality and the rest. On the other side, there are other people who may not have learned the above and so assume what you will do based on your personality, or - actually more likely - based on stereotypes involving your birth sex, social background and the like, which expectations you might be able to turn against them then (just don't play by the rules - and besides, isn't it easy to break rules when following them would actually bring your demise?).
In regards to "personality is more what people perceive you to be" - you can help shape a particular perception by giving socially relevant cues, this requires one to know the social meaning of said cues, of course. In regards to "personality and looks are linked", say, a predatory personality may wear a charming disguise, now you can say those are linked, indeed, in that the disguise fulfills the need for deception.

I'm not fat, but I wouldn't say I am skinny either. You know that old cliche that people say about losing weight gets harder when you are older? It is true! I just need to shave off some fat in my mid section , and I would be solid. But it is very hard nowadays.

Yeah me too: I was skinny as a whip till my mid 20s. And I used to eat like a horse but no weight gain. Still not fat now, but I have to eat less to stay that way.
